Only a signed Distributor Application Form will be deemed valid and will be allowed to purchase products upon submission of this form and verification of the required documents.

  • If you are submitting your application on the same day before 8.30 a.m., you may visit any of our Forever India Offices to have the application form validated. If not, you have up to 30 days starting from the date of submission to validate your application form, along with the required documents.

  • FLP DOES NOT claim/guarantee that a distributor will acheive financial success without working or by relying solely on the efforts of others. Compensation in FLP is based only on the sale of its products. A distributor is an independent contractor whose success or failure depends on his/her personal efforts.
